Hi Kells, what is the most important factor behind your success?
the most important factor is consistency and having a solid circle around you, having a team is such a forgotten factor in success of any one person, usually when people see someone succeed they just see them but they usually have a huge team behind them, so I would say consistency and a good team

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
im proud that im able to have a thriving business in the same community I grew up in, its so important for kids from my hood see someone from where they are from hav ing a business where we are from
