We had the good fortune of connecting with Kimberly Salmon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kimberly, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success in my brand is the foundation that has been built by client relationships and community relations.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I absolutely love creating pieces that capture emotion. The most exciting milestones are my favorite- weddings, baby showers and even anniversaries deserve to have an artistic flair. It truly is a blessing to be able to do what I do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love going to the museum and Houston really has the best variety of just that. Obviously my favorite is the Art museum, but the natural science is also a great place to spend time. To catch some delicious food there really isn’t a short of amazing restaurants in Houston.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Styled Shoots of Houston was my first big stepping stone to get into the wedding and event field. I’ve met incredibly talented business owners through this community. With groups like SSOH and venues like Lynn’s Ranch, I have been able to collaborate and grow in the field and continue to build relationships.
