We had the good fortune of connecting with Kirstin Oliver and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kirstin, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
My legacy as a woman will forever live on through the daughters I bare, currently I just have one and her middle name is Sha’Ree as well. Most of my companies are named after my middle name, which all my daughters will carry this will hopefully inspire them to take on our legacy. Most women loose their legacy by marrying and taking the last name of their spouse. In this case my daughters middle names will not change unless forced. I want people to remember that no matter what I have been through I never stopped being a freaking JAGUAR, while I was roaming and seeking to achieve greatness in this lifetime and for my generations to come!

What should our readers know about your business?
KST ELITE, REALTORS LLC, is our ELITE Real Estate Firm. We offer official Brokerage Services that includes assisting our client’s buy, sell, or lease their real property. As well, we hire and train New and seasoned Ethical Realtors, not only to be good at dealing with our clients,’ but to just simply do the right thing the first time. I am most proud of my team, I see a tremendous amount of Growth in each individual professional, that I am having the pleasure to train and work with. I am most excited to see our growth and transformation, as we transition into one of the world’s largest Conglomerate as this is what I know we can achieve. Business wise I can say that you must always first study those who came first, so If that means timing out the world, to listen to something older then your time, you can find newer ways to be innovative by studying history. But remember you can’t be great until you jump off the cliff, and Take that cliché Word RISK, it has a meaning for a reason. Nothing will ever be easy or that would mean that everyone would be doing the one thing that sets apart. I got through the challenges honestly… I yelled, I screamed, I cried, I fought, I pray, I worked, I am still working and I prevail , but I only made noise when it was necessary. The lessons that stick out to me the most are that just because you think your doing something, doesn’t mean you are doing anything, you have to go bigger. But you have to breathe through each one of your next chess moves. Always Remember everyone else is just as good, and even better, recognize people for their gold. But you have to differentiate yourself, consistently but don’t be unaware of your surroundings. Just never stop innovating. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Monday- Hit the Downtown scene to check out the wall art, and get some Houston original photos to get the week started maybe ride scooters. Tuesday- Check out Discovery Green park and ride the carriage rides with the horses. Wednesday- Top Golf for some hole in ones, wings and drinks although I am vegetarian currently lol! Thursday-We would tour some river oaks district plains to see our big homes and check out some homes in the memorial and piney point area just to see the sites and then Ruchis on Richmond ave for some tacos and margaritas Friday- Go Golfing at Tour 18 in Downtown to get some socializing in Saturday- The clutch Bar is the place to be on a Saturday night the vibes are on point and the Parmesan fries are my absolute favorite. Sunday- Brunch at Chocolat Ziena before saying good bye.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This shout out will go to a number of people, first I must thank my parents All three sets, Tonya Brown, Frank Milson, Karen Milson, Pamela Doucet, & Jay Doucet. Each parent taught me a different aspect of life and Frank & Karen consistently help me with my daughter. I want to thank my best friend, Shakeia Jones for never leaving my side and being my back bone when ever I needed her! My Business Partner at KST ELITE, you know who you are!Thank you For always teaching me the game through, and through and never giving up on my visions, as a real estate professional! To my graphic Designer Karma 4D for all my starter graphics and Dubbameechi for dripping my whole brand out!
