We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcela Gaviria and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marcela, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I worked for 13 years since I was very young. I achieved everything that I’ve always dreamed professionally. but I remember always thinking that I wanted to work for me not for others. I wanted to do something that I really liked and made me happy. I stopped working for 7 years to be a stay home mom but finally the right time came to start my own business at my own pace and without any pressure of having to be successful very fast. From the beginning I started with love and knowing that it was going to be a great small business that will make kids very happy and create great memories for them.
It was not easy to grow and gain trust from others but, little by little, we have a recognized name in the business.
I want to tell moms out there not to be afraid to start a business, that is it not easy. But you will see great results when you enjoy what you do.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First we will go for a nice lunch at River Oaks district to Le colonial, then invite her for a walk to the museum district and visit the museum of fine arts. The next day, we can have a spa at Zaza Hotel and then stay at home. On Sunday, we can go to Lake Travis and enjoy the afternoon on a boat if weather permits.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My girls they were the inspiration behind my business.
