We had the good fortune of connecting with Prince Peter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Prince, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I strongly believe that taking risks is crucial for achieving success in life and career. I know that I won’t be able to reach the level of success that I aspire to without taking risks. To me, risks are not threats but rather opportunities that most people wouldn’t take. I have faith in myself, and that makes me fearless to take on challenges that come my way. I believe that having confidence in oneself is the key to overcome any risk. This approach has played a vital role in my life and career, as it has allowed me to take on challenges with a positive attitude and embrace the unknown. My ability to take risks has enabled me to push my limits and accomplish things that I once thought were impossible.

What should our readers know about your business?
I attribute my success in business to my ability to maintain a tunnel vision. In today’s age, it’s easy to get sidetracked by social media and other factors, but if you want something bad enough, you’ll make the necessary sacrifices to achieve your goals. I had to cut ties with friends, go days without eating, and delete social media to keep myself focused solely on my goals. I did all of this silently and kept myself disciplined, letting my hard work speak for itself instead of just making empty promises.

Getting to where I am today was not an easy journey, but I overcame the challenges through sheer determination and persistence. I refused to give up even when times were tough and kept pushing forward towards my goals. Along the way, I learned several valuable lessons, such as the importance of discipline, hard work, and resilience. I also learned to keep my head down and focus on my goals, no matter how difficult the journey may seem.

I want the world to know that my success is a result of my hard work and determination. I believe that anything is possible with the right mindset and a willingness to put in the work. I want to inspire others to chase their dreams and never give up, no matter how hard the road may seem. My brand and story are about silent hard work, discipline, and persistence, which I hope will inspire others to work hard towards their goals and achieve success.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of the places I would take them to is the Buffalo Bayou Park, which features beautiful trails, stunning views of the city, and fun activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. I would also take them to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, which is home to a world-renowned collection of exhibits, including the Morian Hall of Paleontology and the Cockrell Butterfly Center. For a taste of Houston’s vibrant arts scene, I would take my friend to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, which showcases an impressive collection of American and European art. And, of course, no visit to Houston would be complete without a trip to NASA’s Space Center Houston, where my friend could explore interactive exhibits and even see real spacecraft up close. Overall, there are so many special places in Houston that I would want to share with a close friend, each highlighting the unique amenities that make Houston such an incredible city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and give a shoutout to the people who have helped me become a realtor and reach the level of success that I have achieved. I am thankful to all those who took a chance on me when I was just a 19-year-old with a desire to elevate my family’s name. My lifelong goal has always been to acquire knowledge and share it with my peers and future generations. I want to extend my appreciation to anyone who shares my vision and wants to work together towards our common goal.

Even though I didn’t receive much support from my surroundings, I persisted and worked hard to prove the doubters wrong. I want to give a special shoutout to those who doubted me because their criticism acted as a motivation for me to work harder towards my goals. Finally, I would like to thank God for providing me with the strength and faith to overcome any obstacle in my path. I firmly believe that with God’s guidance and my hard work, I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
