Hi Raul, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Maintaining a balanced life is crucial for achieving solid and significant progress in your entrepreneurial journey. I strongly recommend focusing on three key factors to attain this balance: mental health, physical well-being, and spiritual fulfillment.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My company, Link2wash, operates under an Onsite car wash business model, wherein we establish contracts with commercial properties and provide services directly to the community at those locations. Originally from Mexico, I attended Automotive Mechanics school, but my passion for washing and detailing cars has been with me since childhood. While I can’t pinpoint the exact reasons for my fascination, I’ve always found immense joy in seeing a vehicle gleaming with shine. Perhaps my affinity for the automotive industry plays a role in this passion.

Throughout my career, I’ve explored various facets of the automotive industry, including mechanic shops, body work & paint, restoration, customization, high-end services, as well as buying, selling. However, car washing and detailing remain among the branches of the industry that I find most fulfilling and enjoyable.

We boast APP’s that enhance connectivity and communication with customers, alongside flexible washing systems that offer options such as waterless solutions. Additionally, our comprehensive commercial insurance coverage further solidifies our appeal to clients. I firmly believe that innovation, coupled with responsibility and professionalism, sets the benchmark for any company.

Currently, our primary focus lies in marketing our app’s software. These tools were crafted not only for internal use within our company but also with the intention of sharing and assisting other companies operating within the same onsite or mobile business model. It brings us great pride to know that we can collaborate with a sector of the community through this initiative

Finally, I must acknowledge that the journey has been challenging, much like any entrepreneurial endeavor. However, these challenges are part and parcel of the path every entrepreneur must navigate. As an immigrant, I found language barriers to be a hurdle that, while not insurmountable, certainly presented its own set of difficulties

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Undoubtedly, Houston boasts an array of captivating destinations, including NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, the Aquarium, La Galleria Mall, Lake Conroe, and Galveston. Additionally, there are several delightful breakfast spots like La Madeleine, La Cuchara, and Hugo’s brunch. When it comes to dining, the city offers a diverse selection of exceptional steakhouses and seafood restaurants. For a memorable evening out, I highly recommend Pier 6 in San Leon, TX, and Moxies at the Galleria.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In the journey of entrepreneurship, much like any other endeavor, success isn’t solely contingent upon an individual, a single factor, or a particular skill. It requires a diverse array of people, skills, and experiences to yield favorable outcomes. Personally, I’ve been fortunate to receive support from my family and good friends in the way. But also drawing inspiration from modern icons such as Ray Kroc, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk, I find solace in the common thread that binds their success: persistence. Undoubtedly, I firmly believe that persistence is the essence of the success.
