We had the good fortune of connecting with Sonia Medrano and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sonia, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
You should give up on something if it becomes clear that it doesn’t bring you joy anymore, you aren’t loving the process. Always keep going if what you are doing excites you and gives you a sense of purpose in life.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A big shout out to God for giving me an amazing opportunity to impact and influence my community and also to my Dad in heaven for cheering me on and always being my biggest fan. For supporting my decisions, even if they weren’t the best and for loving me unconditionally without him, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
