Meet Steve Rozenberg | Commercial Airline Pilot, Published Author & Founder/CEO of Unlimited Mindset, Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Steve Rozenberg and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Steve, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
You could say there were two:

#1:
I realized that my “Safe and Secure” job as an airline pilot was not at all “safe and secure” after the tragedies of 9/11.

I had to make a decision to figure out how to give my family the life they deserve and make sure my money was working for me.

#2:
After the passing of our amazing 19 YO son in March of last year, I now am trying to help the everyday entreprenuer get out of the day to day to be able to spend more time making memories with their loved ones and focus on their “WHY”. My wife and I had the privilege to travel the world with our son and I made a ton of memories (however, not close to enough) and we want to make sure we can help entreprenuers like us do the same

What should our readers know about your business?
Our Company, Unlimited Mindset, is focused on helping the expericenced and the everyday busines sowner and entreprenuer who is looking to get out of the day to day operations and start working on thier businesses. I would like to to think that what sets us apart is the comunity that we have created and thus the accountability we have with each other.

As an airline pilot and the way we work in the airline insudtry, I have been able to help people create similar systems

It has not been easy, I think my determination, my ability to think oustide the box and the fact that I do not know how to take NO for an answer have helped me overcome all obstacles.

I have learned so many things, and have so much more to learn. As far as growing your business, I have learned that: How you do the little things is how you do the big things, documentation of processes and procedures are so important, right person/right seat is vital to your compnay gorowth an culture, and if you are the smartest person in the room… change rooms.

I want to Shoutout my wife Renee’ Rozenberg, she is the Co-Founder, along with me for the Live Like Jett Foundation. This Foundation was created by her mostly to honor our son who passed away in March of 2023.
