Hi Trusted, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The insurance industry is everchanging. We try to always think ahead and plan so that our clients never feel a disruption. At Trusted Insurance Group, client experience will always be our top priority and we will continue to evolve to make their experience better and better each year. We believe that our ability to evolve is such a big component as to why our company has been so successful in such a short amount of time.
What should our readers know about your business?
We believe our dynamic and forward thinking is what sets us apart from others. Every morning we’re excited to start a new day and figure out new ways to improve the business and improve the client experience. We are most proud of our rate of growth in such a short amount of time because it shows our efforts are yielding results. How did you get to where you are today businesswise? Well, it goes back to the beginning. Sales, marketing, service, and management are essential in any business. We are where we are today because together, we have years of experience in all of those areas and were able to collaborate our ideas to grow Trusted Insurance Group. Was it easy? No, we definitely had obstacles and sacrifices to overcome, but if it were easy, everyone would be doing it! We take those challenges day by day and continue to think outside the box. We’ve learned a lot along the way but the main lesson that stands out the most is that while it may be trying to continue to plan and progress, it’s important to not let those things slip…if they were important at the beginning, they should be important throughout the journey. We truly believe there is a reason for everything. The 3 of us didn’t grow up together, go to school together, or even know each other 15 years ago….and now we own a business together. The world can be full of surprises and opportunity!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are a ton of fun and tasty places in the area! First, we’d take them to lunch at Teapot Depot. It’s a cute little restaurant that has all of the best home cooked meals from chicken spaghetti to meatloaf to the best tomato basil soup around. Also, their sweet tea is amazing! The atmosphere is so sweet, and you can’t help but be in a good mood when you’re there. Next, we’d hit up one of our favorite boutiques in Kingwood…Pretty Little Things. They have the best style and nicest people in there, you can never go wrong! We’d end the night at Lake Houston Brewery. Their restaurant is right on the water of Lake Houston, and it makes for the best sunsets. They have live music, cold drinks, and the best shrimp tacos around!!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We have been in the insurance industry for over a decade and have had the pleasure of learning from several seasoned insurance professionals. To just name one, would be impossible! We also would not be where we are today without the love and support of our community and most importantly, our families.
