Meet Zion Brown: Music Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zion Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zion, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk is a big part of success sometimes you have to take that chance when everybody around you might think your crazy, that one thing can change your whole life

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My sound sets me apart alone I have an original organic sound that I’ve been bettering for many years and you can feel how much a artist puts into his music emotionally

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Day 1. for sure go to eat in the heights and a place called The Waffle Bus Day 2. probably go to the Galleria Mall, out to eat and play basketball Day 3. Take them to Galveston too tour around that area but Do Not Swim!!! Just not the cleanest water and eat at a taco stand Day 4. Probably just hang out chill not do do much Day 5. Depending on the time probably go to a car show Day 6. Of course have to take them to downtown Houston check out some stuff out there walk around go to discovery green then go get some sushi Day 7. Last day go paintball and get an expensive meal for the last day

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to thank my family and my grandmother in particular for raising kids who weren’t her own being a mother to so many I can’t name everybody but they all know who they are
