Dancing isn’t considered an essential thing, at least in most of modern societies, but everyone can agree that communication and empathy are extremely important for success and well-being in every aspect of life. So, in a way we are offering an experience to travel to Mexico without having to leave the city. At the end is educating people about what true Mexican foo really is, new flavors, new products, other techniques of cooking that are reflected in each dish.
