Well, there are certainly times where there is a lot more work and a lot less life! But, as we grow, we find ourselves reassessing and adjusting. On top of running our home bakery, we have two children, and it is extremely important to us that we spend quality time with them. This means completely disconnecting sometimes to just be with them. That’s why you’ll find that we are closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. On Sunday, we attend church as a family and spend the day together.
