Giving back – Ultimately as our brand continues to grow in States across the country and gain the traction that we always hoped for, the thought and process behind giving back to our community is the foremost thought in our mind. Recently we awarded two scholarships to students who attend the same University we attended and met at (Saint Augustines University, Raleigh NC).
Helping others is always the best practice once you find some level of success because it is those moments that truly give you the best feeling ever. Read more>>

Chad & Cady Beck | Beard Enthusiasts

It would have to be a combination of our branding and our fanatical dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. With every single product made in-house from scratch, we can make sure the quality is on point.
The branding we currently have is actually the second iteration as we just weren’t happy with our first attempt. I guess we made the right decision with our second attempt as we have received a lot of compliments from branding/marketing professionals. Read more>>

Luz Castilla | Photographer & Director

As a self-taught photographer, the most important factor is creating freely and bringing ideas to life. Since I started my career I have always gravitated toward creating my own ideas rather than following popular trends. My work is done with the sole purpose of learning and bringing ideas to life, and I still believe that to this day. Other factors that played a role in helping me be successful were patience and fun. I wouldn’t let the lack of technical knowledge take away the love and fun I felt for photography. On the other hand, it encouraged me to try new angles, edits, settings, etc. Over time with trial and error, I learned how to work the camera and use editing software efficiently. Read more>>

CHIK was originally created because of me and wanting to be myself, love myself in whatever skin I’m in. I think its very important to keep that in mind as I’m promoting my brand (I am my brand). I am everything I am because of the people that accompany me on my journey. They say, “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. And there is so much wisdom in that. I think the most important factor behind my success is my customer service. I truly believe that customer service can take you so far in life.
