Persistence and consistency are huge assets when deciding to run your own business. Initially, the most significant challenges revolve around making connections in the industry and getting your name out there. At times it is exhausting, and it may even feel like you aren’t getting anywhere, but keep pushing! Meet with other vendors, attend a styled shoot, and don’t feel bad talking about your business with personal friends or posting online. Love this question and if you could ask all my friends and family this same question about me they’ll tell you my work ethic and determination. I have a habit when I put my mind towards a goal, dream, and project. I’m straight tunnel vision to achieve and do whatever I must do to accomplish the task to reach my goal and succeed. My hunger for wanting a better life for myself is always what’s fueled me to build these great habits I have I’m never content with being just good I want to get better and better no matter what I’m always willing to learn from my mistakes and also build from success. I believe the most important habit that has helped me succeed is consistency. Deciding to do something and just showing up is half the battle won. When you decide to do something it is a commitment to yourself. When you show up for the work your brain is rewarded with that accomplishment.
