This was the most appropriate question for us. After 4 or 5 years of listening to similar podcasts and having finally being able to live with one another we decided to give a try for ourselves. Adam is a new immigrant and we knew that waiting for paperwork/work permits to be approved would take a long time so being unable to work gave the perfect opportunity to learn how to edit video and audio, publish, research topics etc. This gives Dulce the freedom to be able to focus on solely researching topics for upcoming episodes while she also works her full time job. I have always had a tiny creative spark inside of me. Then, the tiny spark started growing and so did my ideas and passions for pursing the spark. I was in my last career for more than 10 years. Although I had the education, certifications and experience I still had to follow the blue print and rules laid out by my employers. In my new creative career I can implement my ideas in my time and in my own unique way. I’ve pursused an artistic career because I’m limitless to what I can produce. I love design and not just clothing but design in general; fashion, hair, interior, arts and crafts; etc. Having this business has allowed me to express my artistic self on so many levels. The crazy thing about my story is that I intially went to school for cosmetology and got my license to do hair professionally but I didn’t want to work in a salon all day so thats when I turned to fahsion.
