Hi Eleamé, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
The book that had the most impact on my life and changed my mentality completely was “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. Before reading it, I believed that the only way to achieve stability was through a steady job and a secure salary. However, the book made me rethink that mindset and realize that the true path to financial freedom is by investing in assets that generate passive income, rather than solely depending on my time to generate income. Since then, I’ve started to educate myself more about investments and focus on building assets, such as saving for real estate or exploring business opportunities. It also helped me develop a more proactive mindset, where I don’t just settle for stability but continuously look for ways to make money work for me.

In summary, this book not only provided me with key financial knowledge but also transformed my approach to personal and financial growth, allowing me to make smarter decisions in my life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business “Eluxury Scents” focuses on creating sensory experiences through diffusers and fragrances that bring a piece of the world into people’s homes. My favorite place in the world is my home, and what better way to enjoy it than by making it smell great, just as we like to smell good ourselves? We offer fragrances inspired by hotels, allowing people to capture the luxury and ambiance of their favorite stays in their own spaces. Additionally, we create home fragrances inspired by designer perfumes, giving customers the chance to enjoy those iconic scents in their everyday environment. I was inspired by my passion for travel. Each scent has a story behind it and is designed to transport people to a special place, whether it’s Bali, Paris, or any other exotic destination. It’s a business that blends my love for cultural exploration with the desire to offer unique, high-quality products.

What truly sets me apart is my passion for creating unique experiences through scents. My business, Eluxury Scents, doesn’t just offer fragrances; it transforms spaces and transports people to different parts of the world through their senses. I’m incredibly proud to have created a brand that combines the elegance of luxury hotels and designer perfumes with the comfort of home. What excites me most is the power of a good scent – how it can lift your mood, relax you, and make any place feel special.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. The journey was full of challenges, from leaving my job to dedicating myself fully to growing the business. My mother was a fundamental pillar; she believed in me when no one else did and gave me the strength to keep going. The biggest challenges were the uncertainty and fear of failure, but I overcame them by staying focused on my vision and remembering why I started.

I’ve learned that success doesn’t happen overnight, and that you have to be patient and persistent. I also learned that surrounding yourself with supportive people is essential. I want the world to know that Eluxury Scents is more than just a fragrance brand; it’s a reflection of my love for travel, scents, and creating unique atmospheres. My goal is to bring that same pleasure and luxury to every home.”

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a very special shoutout to my mom, who not only believed in me when no one else did but also gave me the strength and courage to follow my dreams. When I decided to leave my job to fully focus on growing my business, she didn’t just support me emotionally—she worked twice as hard to make sure our household was taken care of while I poured all my energy into my project. Her sacrifice and hard work allowed me to give my best to the business, and thanks to her unwavering belief in me, I can say I’m closer to achieving my goals today. I can’t find enough words to thank her for everything she has done for me.
