Meet Jeni Nipper

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Jeni Nipper again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Jeni, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Jeni, and I’m the proud owner of Love Yourself by Jeni, a skincare practice dedicated to helping clients achieve their best skin through personalized, comprehensive treatments.
What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a warm and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable and empowered to prioritize self-love and self-care. I believe that healthy skin starts from within, and my treatments are designed to address each client’s unique lifestyle and habits in order to create personalized skincare treatments that address their individual needs.
In addition to running my skincare practice, I am now a professor of facial esthetics at Lone Star College. Through this role, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring estheticians, guiding them in developing the skills and expertise needed to excel in the skincare industry. I am committed to nurturing the next generation of skincare professionals and helping them build a strong foundation for success.
My journey to becoming an esthetician began with my own struggles with acne and skin issues. Through a combination of professional training and personal experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the skin and a passion for helping others achieve their skin goals.
Furthermore, I’m proud to have built a thriving practice based on trust, compassion, and exceptional service, and I look forward to continuing to help clients love the skin they’re in.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
The past couple of years have been quite a journey for me. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve discovered a strength within myself that I didn’t know I had. This newfound resilience has given me a fresh perspective on life, and I’ve been elevating all aspects of my life—from my health and relationship with God to my business and professional career.
Despite the challenges, I’m excited to share that my business is flourishing, and I’ve taken on a new role as a professor of facial esthetics at Lone Star College. I’ve also moved to a new location at Neon Blonde Parlour, where I’ve been able to continue serving my clients and have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people along the way.
A big part of my journey has been recognizing the importance of mental health and self-love. This is something I’m incredibly passionate about and is actually the inspiration behind the name of my business, Love Yourself by Jeni. Like many people, I’ve struggled with feelings of comparison and self-doubt, but through hard work and self-reflection, I’ve been able to overcome these challenges.
I hope that by sharing my story and experiences, I can serve as a testament to others who may be facing similar struggles. I believe that by being open and vulnerable about our challenges, we can create a community of support and encouragement that helps others know they are not alone and that it’s possible to overcome even the most difficult obstacles.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where people can come to feel empowered, uplifted, and reminded of their own unique beauty. I believe in celebrating individuality and helping people recognize their self-worth, both inside and out.
One of the key ways I strive to achieve this is by specializing in acne treatments and helping people regain their confidence by clearing their skin. Through my professional expertise and personalized approach, I aim to address each client’s unique concerns and provide effective solutions for achieving healthier, clearer skin.
Some of the things that make my brand unique and special are my commitment to personalized service, my dedication to continuous learning and growth, and my passion for connecting with people on a deeper level.
