We had the good fortune of connecting with Jimmeh Neidig and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jimmeh, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success would be never give up, always have a goal to achieve. When you reach one goal set another and never stop trying to be a better version of yourself. Once you stop trying to grow success will then be unattainable.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
In tattooing id say the most thing im excited about is getting to do my custom work and tattoo my own drawings. It wasn’t easy and still isn’t sometimes you need to suck it up and do what the clients want. Sometimes clients get upset when they don’t hear what they want to and refuse to understand why. The one thing id want people to know about tattooing is its supposed to be unique and Google or Pintrest is not unique you get a better product when the artist gets to express them selves and you’ll get a product no one else has that unique to you.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a friend came to visit me for a week id for sure have to take them to all the taco trucks in the area as well as Michelandia for the best micheladas. Id take them to art shows and random drink and draw sessions that pop up show them the not so well known side of Houston. This is a great city with plenty to do so hard to say where all we would go.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Id like to give a shout out to Randy Lee and Bayou City Body Shop Tattoo Studio for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow.
