We had the good fortune of connecting with Alaisha Croker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alaisha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success/ the success of my brand would be my customers ! Without my customers I wouldn’t be where I am today. My success has been built off my customers. With the support no matter if it’s shares, likes, purchases it keeps my business running. Along with my customer service, my talent, and my consistency it makes them come back and continue to support my small business. My customers also make my business successful by referring me to people and them constantly shopping keeps my business a float. Seeing how they keep coming back makes me want to keep doing my job, keep perfecting my craft, and work on my customer service.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me aside from other’s would be my branding. I get very creative when it comes to my brand. I’m trying to be creative and different more so one of a kind. My promotion skills and creative marketing skills are out of the roof. I am most proud of how I grew over the years as a business owner and how my business grew over the years. I got to where I am today professionally by staying consistent. Consistency is key. Paying for promo, dropping something new, running ads, and constantly posting is how. My journey wasn’t easy because I did everything on my own. I would ask people for help and sometimes they didn’t want to help. I overcame those challenges by TEACHING myself everything I know now. By sitting down doing research, by practicing a lot of things, by staying consistent. One of the lessons I learned along the way is “never be afraid to eat alone.” I would like the world to know that my brand is on the rise, so look out because I’m on the way. I am coming to a city near you !
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A person that I would like to dedicate this shoutout to would have to be my big cousin Brittney ! She’s the owner of her own business and her hustle and grind motivates me to go harder. I look up to her when it comes to running a business. She also gives me advice and her helpful opinion when it comes down to my business. I really appreciate her for that.
