We had the good fortune of connecting with Cindy Leach and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cindy, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
At the end of the day it’s most important to know that I was able to get my clients some new following or make a connection within the community by the way I market for them. I take pride in knowing the name I have built for myself over the last few years can potentially help a small mom & pop business that is either new or just needs to grow – people are my ultimate passion and what matter most in life to me and their success more than my own.
What should our readers know about your business?
I started doing my own marketing and social media consulting business about 8 months ago. I have a unique style that no one else does as it doesn’t just mean creating content for my clients but I am also out on the streets doing video and photos of what their day to day is; how else can I know how to really market them. I like for others to see my clients as not just a business but a piece of the puzzle in the community; all working together. I help build relationships which in turn results in natural marketing.
Being a single mom I fight every day to go-go-go. My clients have all been referrals and those that just know me for what I do in the community – I’ve basically helped market the community on many levels at some point; again – people are my passion. I am also known as SHE HULK and my Jeep gets recognized all over; the theme ties in to my fitness journey over the last 9 years as well as my recent health journey since 2019 in which has continued on and left me having to shave my head recently. SHE HULK keeps going and people know this about me.
I’m learning to really value time and managing items that are going to hold true value to not only myself but to each of my clients and their needs.
I stand apart as in I am someone that is a human interest person. I get to the heart of people and why they started their business and what drives them – I let the rest of the community see that in their business, not just a brand. I helped build up a local dealership with community marketing and decided it was time for me to help more on the same level and not in just one way; but using my artistic and creative brain to market my clients on various levels to bring awareness to them.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would have to say my list of places to go would be trying out dives together! I love off the beaten path things and trying out new things; so that would be a great time to do it. I would show them around to various art spots like museums or graffiti walls to get photos – there’s so many places in Houston to see and experience and then of course the beach would have to seal the trip for relaxation. I’m a Jeep girl and love to listen to the wind and waves as it’s truly relaxing to me.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many that deserve to be recognized for where I am today. My parent’s and my children have been huge supporters as well as all of those in my local community. People have been following me and numerous of my journeys for a few years whether it was in earning my fitness Pro titles or fighting health battles. I am not who I am without those that encourage me, inspire me, support my efforts and push me to be better each day.
