We had the good fortune of connecting with El Young and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi El, how does your business help the community?
Our business helps people bring their ideas to life through accessible technology. By combining artificial intelligence, no code, and custom development we make it possible for anyone to create software that solves real problems in their community. This means that entrepreneurs, small business owners, and organizations who might not have had the resources to build apps before now have the chance to launch tools that can create jobs, improve access to services, and make life easier for others. In this way we are lowering barriers, spreading innovation, and empowering more voices to participate in the digital economy.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have been a software developer for over ten years but my journey started by building a marketing company that grew into a multiple six figure business working alongside seven and eight figure companies and clients. That experience taught me how to think like both a creator and an operator and gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to scale.

Today my business helps people bring their ideas to life with a mix of artificial intelligence, no code solutions, and traditional software development. What sets us apart is that we meet people where they are. Some clients have no technical background at all while others already have development teams. Either way we create custom solutions that turn their vision into a real product without unnecessary complexity or waste.

The road has not been easy. There were times I questioned if the sacrifices were worth it and times when resources felt scarce. What kept me moving forward was my love for building, the joy of solving problems, and the support of my wife Olivia who is also a software engineer and developer. Each challenge sharpened my focus and taught me that resilience, adaptability, and a clear sense of purpose matter more than perfect conditions.

Alongside my wife Olivia I also co-founded Stream Bean, a live streaming platform that combines the interactivity of Twitch with the commerce power of Shopify. We built the platform from the ground up with no outside funding and are preparing to launch it to the public in 2025. Stream Bean is designed to help creators grow their audience while also giving them the ability to sell products and build sustainable businesses directly through live streaming. It is one of the projects I am most excited about because it represents our belief in giving people more tools to own their creativity and income.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting the Houston area for a week I would start by treating them to dinner at Del Friscos which is my favorite steakhouse and where I first took my wife Olivia. Another night we would head to Mastro’s in the Galleria which has become our anniversary spot and always makes for a memorable evening.

During the day we would explore some of the highlights that make Houston unique. We would spend time at the Museum District where you can walk between world class spots like the Museum of Fine Arts and the Houston Museum of Natural Science. A trip to Space Center Houston would also be on the list since it is such an iconic part of the city. For something more relaxed I would take them to Hermann Park for a picnic or to ride the pedal boats with the kids.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my wife Olivia who is also a talented software engineer and developer. She has been my greatest partner in both life and business. Olivia’s creativity, problem solving skills, and constant encouragement have pushed me to grow beyond what I thought was possible. She not only shares the workload when we are building projects but also brings fresh ideas and insights that make our work stronger. Her belief in me and our shared vision is a driving force behind everything I do.
