We had the good fortune of connecting with Jared Hrabovsky and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jared, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor is honesty. We live in a world were we see marketing scams on a daily basis. The only way to build trust with someone is to be honest and have integrity.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is to originate mortgage loans so people can purchase homes. We help people create generational wealth through real estate. Im a finance major from HBU and it is truly my passion to help everyone understand finance and investing. I teach clients how to make their investments work for them and how to build equity. What sets me apart from most lenders is my honesty, transparency, and true understanding of financial tools and instruments. Most lenders tell clients what they want to hear, instead of the truth. Also most lenders are not financial experts and investors themselves.
Our team matches financial products that meet our clients short term and long term financial goals. We ask questions so we know which products will work best. Most of this industry is full of lenders chasing a paycheck, so they get an application and send a preapproval letter without understanding the clients goals. We make sure the loan matches their goals and stay transparent and honest throughout the process. Communication is key to the success of all parties involved in a transaction so we have a very high level of communication.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First they should rent an AirBNB inside the loop so they are close to the action and get to live like a local. Then, we would make sure they attended a sporting event from one of our major sports teams. Next would be a comedy show and concert for the week. Then the best restaurants to visit would be Pappas Steakhouse, Oceanaire Seafood, and Ninfas Original. You cant leave Houston without trying our Tex-Mex. For shopping they would visit the amazing Galleria. Most cities dont have anything like it.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My brother, Justin Hrabovsky, has been a major contributor to my success. He is an excellent mentor and leads by example.
