Meet Joe Pachioli | Business owner/ Operator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Joe Pachioli and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Joe, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I know people hear this a lot. It is not until one experiences it that it becomes evident. If you are truly passionate about what you do that the chances of success drastically increase. For example, I have the same intensity today regarding attention to the details in all aspects of our product (old and new) as I did 11 years ago when we began the journey.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We run and operate event spaces and catering. We operate as a luxury brand and what sets us apart is the quality of our product and how each member of our staff strives for perfection in their own roles. Getting here was not easy especially through COVID-19 and numerous weather events that paralyzed our business over the years. Event spaces do not operate daily and loss of revenue from a hurricane for a week leads to major financial setbacks.. Biggest lesson i learned was to lead by example and when things do not go as planned is to ask myself first, “Did we put the right procedures in place for people to succeed?” Asking yourself this question helps put things in perspective as you try to remedy issues .. We are a big company operating as a boutique luxury brand .and this intimacy with each client plays as a big part of our success
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend has not been here in a while I would show them what has changed In Houston since the last time they were here. Major places to visit would be Uptown Park., Post oak Hotel, Annabelle Brassarie, and an outdoor experience in the River oaks district. Then i would change it up and visit places in East Downtown such as Street to Kitchen and Tour the newly developed side of the Buffalo Bayou project toward East River 9.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely my business partner Romain Kapadia. For pushing us to grow vertically and to the scale we are today.
Another shout out to our managing Director Deborah Rizzo who has been with us since the inception 11 years ago driving the business
