We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jordan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Do what you love and love what you do. If you don’t love doing it for free you won’t love doing it for a fee. My products serve to help and heal people. Success to me is being wiser than I was yesterday.
Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I am unique and I stand for individualism. We are all different with different lives and purposes. What fun is it to be like everyone else. I am most proud of who I am becoming. At the beginning of this journey I was not the same Jordan. In 2 years I have changed so much even how I look at life. Patience in seeing my fruits was the hardest lesson. Not everything that comes quick is good. I learned to go with the flow of the Most High. He directs my path and I’m just riding. I don’t take life for granted and I experience it with gratitude. I want the world to know I am a woman of hard work and I pride myself off of it. I know what I bring to the table and what I am capable of so I am not easily discouraged. I am passionate about what I do and I want others to see what life is like when experienced with love and compassion. The best advice I have is to have a strong relationship with the Most high! Have faith in what you deserve and allow him to bring your truest desires into fruition.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friends came to visit me to be honest we would just ride around. Houston is so big I love to ride the highways. We would eat anywhere theres good food. One of my favorites is Pluckers Wings OMG the bomb! They have these spicy ranch wings OMG! Then after we eat go to candy shack daquiri’s and chill. Their drinks are delicious and sweet! One day drive to the beach which is like a norm who doesn’t want to see the beach. Go to a few brunches my favorite The Breakfast Klub their food is delicious. Maybe one day drive to New Orleans and turn up like the city girls. Or head west and go to San Antonio we have many options. Living in Houston there is so much but since I’m still very new there is still so much more! The best part would be hanging with my girls we make anything fun! Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many its hard to choose. So to name a few I would say my family and friends. Even though I may not talk to someone as often, or we have a few disagreements we still have that relationship that I still love you and I’m still going to be there when everyone leaves. The love we share is UNCONDITIONAL theres no image or word in book to understand it. Its either you do or you don’t.
