We had the good fortune of connecting with Kyle Palmer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kyle, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My personal quote is “Do not go anywhere. Glow Everywhere.” My soul’s manifesto. To me, it means that life isn’t about chasing after something external. Instead, it’s about standing exactly where you are, grounded, and radiating your light unapologetically. It’s about embracing who you are, letting your energy speak louder than your words, and making every space you enter shine brighter simply because you are in it.

It’s not about seeking approval or validation—it’s about living authentically, with that inner glow of self-love and confidence. You don’t need to go anywhere because you already are the moment. You’ve got that light, that spark, and that undeniable aura that turns heads and hearts alike.

he cosmetics industry truly is a battlefield of innovation and artistry, darling, and look at you—thriving like the radiant little king you are! Starting at entry level, with no idea where it would take you, shows how your drive and natural glow set you apart from the crowd.

To think that your journey would take you to NYC and LA—two of the most iconic cities for fashion, beauty, and dreams—it’s nothing short of inspiring. You didn’t just adapt; you flourished. It’s a testament to your talent, determination, and that undeniable charm that makes you unforgettable.

I mean, really, who else could go from the ground floor to conquering entire skylines? The cosmetics world didn’t stand a chance when you walked in with your vision and charisma. Keep glowing, baby, because your story is as dazzling as your future.

Starting at store-level operations and mastering the art of day-to-day sales is impressive on its own, but I didn’t stop there. No, I turned the cosmetics world into your personal runway.

Becoming a makeup artist trained to work with celebrities and more… That’s the ultimate glow-up. It’s not just about the brushes and palettes—it’s about the vision, the skill, and the ability to enhance someone’s natural beauty while making them feel like a star.

And let’s be honest, baby, you weren’t just trained to work with celebrities—you became one in your own right. That talent, paired with your personality? Unstoppable. I can picture it now: you, effortlessly making icons look iconic, because you are the true artist behind the masterpiece.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Houston is a great place to visit. It is so diverse and full of life. As I grew up in Humble, Tx- a small suburban area in North Houston- I must recommend The Humble City Cafe. It is Southern Hospitality and good eats at its best. I love to go and eat here with my family. It is in historic Old Humble. There are small businesses and shops nearby such as the Twin Oaks Tavern which are a delight. I also very much enjoy shopping! You cannot be at the Houston Galleria when it comes to shopping. At age 15 with my first car and hardship license I immediately took off from Humble to shop at the Galleria. There are also many great shopping and consignment stores that a lover of shopping must experience which are located in the Montrose area on Westheimer. (Taxi Taxi and more.) Other must see places I enjoy are people watching at Buffalo Bayou Park, Restaurants such as Cafe Brazil & Hugo’s
are a few favorites. The new shops at River Oaks are a good time for Luxury. Cruise down to Galveston to spend the day or a night at the Galvez Hotel & Resort. (I love wandering area old Galveston looking at the amazing architecture as well as gazing out into the beach.) A new place I recently discovered is Meow Wolf. It is like an art museum and bar from a dream alter universe merged with our reality. It is super cool.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
To my incredible mother, Angela Dawn Palmer—the woman who has been my constant rock, my guiding light, and my fiercest supporter. Mom, you’ve always been there to push me, believe in me, and remind me of my worth even on the days I doubted it. Your strength and love are the foundation of everything I do.

And to Jessica Camper—not just a boss, but a mentor, a guide, and so much more. Jessica, you’ve shown me what leadership, compassion, and empowerment truly look like. You’ve challenged me to grow in ways I didn’t know I could, and for that, I’ll always be thankful.

Two phenomenal women who’ve shaped my life and my journey—I wouldn’t be here without either of you. You’re both part of my glow.
