We had the good fortune of connecting with Lacey Humble and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lacey, what do you attribute your success to?
Family…. My brother Chris and sister in love Shajuana have supported me 100% financially and spiritually couldn’t have done it without them.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are a nicu friendly adaptive clothing company catering to preemie babies our clothes are luxurious, adorable, and handmade. We have Velcro on our clothing to go over important wires in the nicu we are the first company to implement that. I am truly excited about the work and exposure we have received in a short amount of time. My experience with my daughter being in nicu and finding nothing that fit was my push to create a catalog that didn’t exist.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Definitely happy hour at the embassy suites my favorite! Recently stayed there for the first time and fell in love. Dinner at loc bar great drinks food and atmosphere. Shopping and soul food mlk area some of the most beautiful eclectic people my mom grew up in that area so we ride over there often.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My beautiful baby girl and nicu warrior princess Ballerina Kathryn and my brother Matthew my inspiration
