We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa Nguyen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lisa, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent in terms of the impact on my child is always being observant of his natural aptitude and then help him build upon his talent. Since Hunter was an infant, I have observed him solved problems that no ordinary infant would have solved. I then started him with puzzles and games. Hunter, currently is 2 years old, advanced quickly for his age. In order for Hunter to complete a puzzle, he will have to think and develop strategies to achieve a goal. Completing puzzles is a process that helps Hunter or any young children develop reasoning, logic and problem solving skills to reach a solution. These are skills that carry into adult lives.

What should our readers know about your business?

I’m a real estate agent in Houston and surrounding areas. I started in real estate because my husband has a real estate investment/ developer business and had always encouraged me to get licensed as an agent in real estate. Being in the medical profession for over 10 years and loving what I do for my patients made it difficult to make any changes outside of healthcare. I finally listened to my husband and got licensed because real estate had always intrigued me. I can apply that same highest level of integrity, commitment, communication, passion and trust I provided for my patients along with my real estate knowledge I have gained from Keller Williams extensive training programs and my husband’s real estate investment business to my clients during their real estate transactions. A Houston native for over 30 years, my knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas geography can assist my clients with all of their real estate venture. My mission is to transform the lives of my clients by providing extraordinary experience through exceptional service, dedication and communication while incorporating the ability to cater and adapt to all of my clients real estate needs.

Buying a home and/or selling a home can be the most important and emotional decision in a person’s life. My real estate business is built around one guiding principle…It’s ALL about YOU!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mom! My mother has been the greatest influence in my life. A hard-working single mother to four kids, has taught me how to be independent and a strong woman. She is always there for me, every accomplishment and hardship. She is now by my side helping me raise my son. I am forever grateful for my mother.
