We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie & Candice Donofrio & Gurr and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Natalie & Candice, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think going into our second year in business that the biggest factor behind our success is balance, automation, and scaling. Our first year in business we had little to no work life balance and we felt it. Both Candice and I (Natalie) saw the importance of time off and balance and have put systems in place to allow that freedom for ourselves and our families.
What should our readers know about your business?
We are Natalie & Candice. CEO’s & founders of JNC Creative Branding.
We are also first & foremost creatives but individually photographers, designers, artists, & social media experts. We are entrepreneurs, best friends, & mothers. Building a strong online presence & creating an elevated brand image for entrepreneurs is what we do. We love being involved in other women owned businesses! Shouting their names from the rooftops and through clear and consistent branding, photography, videography, web design, social media management, blogs, and newsletters we allow your brand, your business, your passion to emulate through all platform. No matter where someone bumps into you whether it be social media, your website, or a networking event they will value and understand what you offer. We’ve learned to let the small things go, to put a penny in the bucket daily, & to show up as real, raw, and authentic as possible daily.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hmm, We LOVEE a good coffee shop so here’s a few The Tipping Point, Agora, Cafe ZunZun Coffee Roaster, Common Bond (the one in Montrose). EADO for a good time, Sunset for the view, Truck Yard for the experience, Rodeo Goat for the burgers, and a walk around for the murals and art! Red Dessert Dive before they sell out of their banana pudding! And right now, we could head over to the Rodeo. Neither of us are from Texas and neither of us have been to the rodeo so why not right?
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
