We had the good fortune of connecting with Robert Villanueva and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robert, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habit that has helped me succeed has been my availability to my customers and clients. We live in a world where people are looking for a quick response. So I make myself available at all times which has led my customers to convert into clients.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am the glue to people and homes. I do a little bit of everything when it comes to real estate. I help people buy, sell, lease, and invest in homes. I help people manage their investment properties and handle any repairs needed in a house. I also develop residential homes and invest in real estate. What sets me apart from others will be my knowledge in the real estate industry, my resources to find solutions and my personality. What I’m most proud of are all the leads I have generated since moving into Houston four years ago not knowing no one and the smiles I have put on people’s faces every year. I’m excited about future growth and expansion.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend visited the Houston area, I wanted to show them the best time ever. I will first take them to Kulture Restaurant (Downtown Houston) for dinner and then head out to the River Oaks or Galleria area. For breakfast, I will take them to The Breakfast Klub (Midtown). Houston is full of many places to visit, and that is why I love it so much here. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my wife for allowing me to do what I do in this real estate industry and for pushing me to be better every day. I like to shoutout to the agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisal persons, contractors, referral partners, family, and friends because, without you all, there will be no RobtheTXRealtor.
