We had the good fortune of connecting with Rehan Jalali and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rehan, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
Yes ABSolutely! I love the Winston Churchill quote “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It’s the courage to continue that counts.” This resonates with me because I truly believe in the power of moving forward. To keep striving to achieve your goals. Its the idea of overcoming any obstacles in your path to achieve your dreams. It’s the “never give up” mentality and mindset. This is a big key to helping me achieve goals!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in Total and Complete Body Transformation and spreading fitness knowledge. I use a very detailed and customized approach to improving body, mind and health. We do intensive testing and construct a personalized plan for each individual. This involves body comp, blood work, food allergy test, DNA analysis, and much more. Once we have your blueprint, we develop the most effective plan for you. And we update and test regularly. This allows us to produce maximum results. That’s what we are known for. Having success in transforming bodies where others fail. We also have a media division where we disseminate science-based fitness information through books, movies, seminars, a weekly talk show, certification courses, articles, social media and more! A few things I’m proud of is having a Best Selling book (The Six-Pack Diet Plan), movies on Apple TV and Prime Video, speaking at TEDx and Comic-Con, and being involved in the Presidents Council of Sports, Nutrition, And Fitness. The goal has always been and will always be “To Change the World, One Body at at Time”!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a Texas boy living in the City of Angels. Theres so much to do IN LA but a standard Itinerary would look like this:
1) We’d start off on Rodeo drive and walk around enjoying the sites and sounds
2) Stop in to Urth CAFFE for a delicious latte
3) Lunch would be Italian deliciousness at Via Alloro OR IL PASTAIO
4) Then maybe a walk stop at BLVD at the Beverly Wilshire.
5) The LACMA Lights and the Academy Museum nearby would be a great PLACE TO VISIT
6) Dinner could be at STEAK 48, MASTROS OCEAN CLUB, or AVRA in Beverly Hills
7) Late night would be A drive on Mulholland and chill at Habibi Cafe IN WESTWOOD.
8) Other things on the list would be a Hollywood event, the Hollywood walk of fame, Zuma beach in Malibu, CATCHING THE VIBES AT NOBU MALIBU OR DUKES, Venice boardwalk AND A WORKOUT AT THE MECCA AKA GOLDS GYM VENICE, Santa Monica pier, and Westwood for some great Persian cuisine.
9) A visit to the Arts district in DTLA and having dinner at Kaviar restaurant is a vibe!
10) You would have to go to Universal Studios and do a Warner bros studio tour!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
They say you can go faster alone but further together! There are so many people to thank and appreciate in my journey! First and foremost I’m a spiritual person so I would Thank God always! Next would come my parents. Being the son of immigrant parents taught me that resiliency and never quit attitude! Watching my parents literally start a new life in a new country and give us everything we needed to achieve greatness was a true blessing and learning experience! I always say my parents worked way too hard for me not to be great! Some other influential people in my life include Sly Stallone who was my 1st big Hollywood client. He taught me so much about the business and life in general! He also was a huge supporter and asset to my business! He always says “keep punching” and those are some words to live by!
