Hi Wendy and Leslie, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Starting a business is not for the faint of heart! We quickly learned running a business is all about taking constant risks. Nothing is ever certain. We weigh our options and consider the risk – – often mitigating the risk involved and sometimes just jumping in hoping for the biggest risk reward!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We started our business on a love for meticulous detail in an effort to make getting dressed easy. Our initial line of game day rancher hats provided the idea that promoting spirit is simple with the right hat. What began as game day morphed into more every day designs, by demand. Running a business brings new challenges every day! We are constantly learning and growing while staying true to who we are and what we desire our image to show the world. We hope people will see two hardworking women with a passion to constantly do more.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Our hometown is full of FUN! The Woodlands is home to great restaurants and lots of atmosphere. BRYMM meetings frequently happen over a nice glass of wine in Market Street, where many of our best ideas are born! But our favorite place to visit and set up shop is Round Top, TX! We stand among some of the greatest vendors from all over the country, share cocktails with them at Lulu’s and dinners at Boon & Co.

We are grateful for the support from our family and the grace they grant us with the time we spend away in order to ensure our business succeeds! ❤️
