We had the good fortune of connecting with Kimberly Norton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi KIMBERLY, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started my own business because, despite my corporate career, I always felt unfulfilled like something was missing. I longed for deeper connections and a greater purpose. As I sought God for clarity, I was asked a simple yet powerful question: What would you do for free simply because you love it?

My answer was clear I wanted to serve others in a way that truly transformed their lives. That realization led me to focus on a need that could impact families, and from that vision, K’Nor Consulting was born.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’d love to share more about my journey! My work is deeply rooted in empowerment, service, and transformation. Through K’Nor Business & Personal Consulting, I help individuals and businesses Level Up, Elevate, Accelerate, and Dominate (LEAD) by providing strategic guidance in business startups, branding, relaunching, and financial and family planning. Additionally, through Social Sunday Women Empowerment, I’ve built a community where women can connect, grow, and thrive together spiritually, professionally, and personally.

What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to purpose-driven impact. I don’t just offer services; I create experiences and solutions that change lives. My ability to merge faith, strategy, and empowerment allows me to meet people where they are and help them reach their next level.

The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced personal challenges—divorce, miscarriage, and seasons of uncertainty that could have broken me. Instead, they shaped me. I overcame by leaning into my faith, embracing my community, and refusing to let adversity define my future. Through it all, I’ve learned that success isn’t about avoiding challenges but about how you rise after them.

I want the world to know that my brand is more than a business it’s a movement. Everything I do is built on faith, resilience, and a deep passion for helping others walk boldly in their purpose. Whether it’s through consulting, events, or empowerment initiatives, my goal is to leave a lasting impact that transforms lives for the better..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people to acknowledge on this journey, and while I can’t name them all, I have to give honor where it’s due.

First and foremost, my greatest source of strength my helper, my business partner, the one through whom I can do all things Jesus Christ.

Secondly, to the incredible Social Sunday community your unwavering support, commitment, love, and sisterhood have been a vital part of this journey.

And lastly, to my parents, who stand behind me and support the work I’ve been called to do.

I’m truly grateful for all my supporters
