We had the good fortune of connecting with Kim Randell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kim, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I believe the way we treat others, sets us up for reciprocal treatment. Not necessarily from person to person, but as a foundation for attracting goodness in our lives. When we are intentional about pursuing peace, peace comes back to us in many ways and forms.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I currently serve as Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Inside Me Ministries. I started the ministry in 2019 with 12 women. The goal at that time was to provide a safe space for women to grow spiritually, build lasting relationships & serve one another. I am most proud of our spiritual connection and the legacy of faith we are building for generations to come. We face challenges often, but we continue to move by faith in purpose. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to remain humble and maintain a heart of gratitude. The main thing that I would like to share, particularly to the young women who are in pursuit of life success, is to open your mind to receive wise counsel. If God has placed people in your life who want to pour wisdom into you, receive it. There is much that you can learn and gain from those who have wisdom to share. And remember that one day you will be in the position to pour.
