We had the good fortune of connecting with Mrs. Latria Franklin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mrs. Latria, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to start my own business because I didn’t want to work hard for anybody else in life. Also to show my boy’s that they can do anything they put there minds to, pray about and give it to God.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am unique also the name of my brand makes me stand out from other brands…I make my own cosmetic products without chemicals, cruelty free, non-sticky and long lasting wear. Also offer glosses and other products for ages 10 & Up as well.

I’m excited that God has allowed my business to grow further from when I first started.

I pray, promote everyday, I engage with my customers.

No it was not easy! I overcome my challenges by doing more research on how to get the correct consistency for my glosses & liquid matte waterproof lipsticks.

Never give up and keep trying and always put God first.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I really don’t go out but when I do I enjoy going to eat chicken wings lol and crawfish and they sell both at Hank’s. And it’s good to.
