We had the good fortune of connecting with Andre Notice and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andre, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?

I believe that one of the biggest issues we have in society are people walking around aimlessly with no direction. Most people are living unfulfilled, unhappy, unsatisfied lives going day to day making just enough to pay bills, travel once or twice a year and hopefully save a little. But what kind of life is that? In my opinion, it’s not much of one. Most people work just hard enough to keep their job and get paid just enough to stay working there.

Well, I’m here to change that! As your purpose coach, I’m here to assist you in finding what you were created to do and how you can take your passion and purpose and PROFIT from it. Whether you’re just trying to get more clarity and purpose out of your life or you’re an employee wanting to transition to entrepreneurship, I’m here to help others understand how to make that happen.

If you’re not excited to wake up and in morning and get paid to do what you love or you’re constantly looking forward to the weekend and days off, ITS TIME for a change. Waking up in the morning is a lot different when you’re living for a purpose and living a fulfilling life which ultimately leads to you leaving a legacy for those after you.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

I believe the very first component to success is desire….it all stems from how bad you really want it.

From desire, I believe the next step is mindset. Mindset is necessary but many don’t know how to train their minds to focus on what they want and know (specifically) what to do. That’s where I come in. It can take years to form a positive mindset for success but unfortunately, most people never do and die without ever reaching their full potential. That stops with me. I devised a system with tools and strategies. It’s a safe place to be you and be accountable to yourself to reach what you want by becoming the best version of yourself. Jim Rohn says, “Success is something you attract by becoming an attractive person.” You have to grow to being that person that can achieve those goals. If you knew how to grow to that person, you’d already have all that you want. It’s ok that you may need a little push. We all do at times, and I’m here to do just that. As a person that already living his dream, I can attest to how it feels. By the end of this year, I will have two books and a magazine feature with someone that has been instrumental in motivating me for success, Les Brown. I will soon be earning 6-7 figures in multiple business and impacting many by my speaking, books and coaching. All of this began after I learned how to shape my mind for success, and now I’m excited to coach others so that they can do the same with their own dreams and goals.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Mom comes first. She was the first real example of an entrepreneur I really saw. I didn’t really understand it at the time but I remember many conversations of her expressing and showing us going to her office where she was the owner. Hiring employees instead of being one. This definitely planted a seed in me that would be watered later. My father and step-father also deserve credit. They instilled in me a work ethic and the importance of treating others the way I wanted to be treated which can go a long way in business. From there, I’d have to tip my hat off to the motivational speakers that help to transform my mind and grow a hunger and desire for personal success and growth. Tony Robbins, Les Brown, John Maxwell, Myles Munroe, Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, Eric Thomas, Bob Proctor, Earl Nightingale and countless others fed my mind and spirit. They were my “virtual mentors” and I thank them greatly for pouring into me from a distance.
