Hi Edward, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Finding an industry that I genuinely enjoy and working with businesses across the country. So, I have decided to get into web design and marketing. I have worked for other companies doing business to business (B2B) and enjoyed working with decision makers reach their objectives in business. So, I consulted them in designing an interactive website to grow their business as well as retain their customer base.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Global Touch Enterprise is a first to market web design and marketing company with state of the art technology to assist businesses in every industry to build and grow their network in the area where they do business. When I started my company, I had to hit the ground running talking to business owners in their needs of a web presence as well as marketing campaigns to share in the local community where they are. It was not easy at first you must build repour and trust that you can complete the job the way they want it. So, I had one company give me a try and I deign my very first website for them, being a new company with no track record or references they decided to give me a shot. Low and behold they liked the design I put together for them and they referred me to other businesses who also needed a website, and the rest is history! I take pride in helping new businesses as well as existing businesses to keep up with the trends in web design and marketing. We are hardworking and honest people who get the job done for each one of our clients and we keep in touch and build a strong relationship with each one to let them know we are here to stay! Global Touch Enterprise have been in business for the past 12 years and we have assisted over thousands of companies from start-ups to existing to build and grow their network in the area where they do business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Living in Houston for the past 18 years coming from Chicago has shown me the growth of this city and the exciting places to go and eat. This is one of the most diverse cities in the country! I would show my visitor the Houston downtown area where the Houston Astros play as well as the George R Brown Convention Center. Great food there at Papas to eat and enjoy the beauty that Houston has to offer. We also have the museums to check out in the museum district as well as the Theater District.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Well follwing Mr. Holton Buggs and his principals helped me start my business back in 2008. I have adopted the principals in helping enough people get what they want. This is truly a delight in seeing businesses in the Houston Area grow and helping them during these times to build and grow their network in the area where they do business.
