We had the good fortune of connecting with Julio Quirino and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Julio, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
When an insurance company underpays or denies a claim, there’s people who can advocate for the homeowner and help with that.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a full service General Contractor that works well with insurance. We are bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English, which helps us reach and help a vast majority of the population. We are different from many others not just because we are bilingual, but because we excel in what we do and always try to go above and beyond for our customers, treating them with respect, integrity and providing great customer service. We’re truly passionate in what we do and our main priority is helping our customers. In this line of work, most contractors know how to do contracting work, but are not that experienced when it comes to an insurance claim. I have learned that doing great work along with great customer service is key to having organic growth. Once I have earned a customer, I always hear from them in the future to help them with another claim or by them referring me to their friends, family, and neighbors. We truly appreciate referrals, which are a reflection of the services we provide and the reason our small business keeps growing.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are so many things to do and places to visit in our area. My family and I enjoy visiting the W. Goodrich Jones State Forest for a hike and enjoy nature. We love local concerts in the evening where our entire family can sit around and enjoy the local talent! Old Town Spring is also a great place to visit! Another great option for doing guy stuff, going to sports events is a must. If the person visiting likes baseball, I’d recommend an Astros game. If they like beer, they can visit one of our local breweries. Catch a soccer game for sure!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Thanks to a local networking group, Woodlands Girls Night Out, (WGNO) we’ve been able to meet other business owners and build wonderful friendships. Just as we are a family owned and operated business, we try our best to support and use other family owned businesses in our area and definitely feel that they deserve recognition. A big shout out to Prestige Spinal Care, Dustin Etemadi, who’s Chiropractic treatment has been very helpful in keeping me pain free and keeping my body good to be on roofs daily. Titan Comfort Solutions, Isaiah Reyes and wife Priscilla for providing great services and quickly fixing any issue with our A/C. JRC Home Solutions of Texas, Crystal Raulz, who offers high quality products in water treatment systems. A&K Electrical Services, Marie Wright, who quickly helped our customers with their electrical issues during the winter freeze.
I’d like to close this interview by thanking God, first of all. He deserves all the credit, as I always ask him for wisdom and guidance. Secondly, my number one pusher, my wife Christina. She is always there to give words of encouragement. My son for wanting to learn from me and help any way he can. I’m also thankful for our customers! Thank you all for trusting us, and giving us the opportunity to be a part of so many important projects, and mostly, for supporting our family business.
