We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle M and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Michelle, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
What matters most, is my clients. How they feel about their results, their bodies and themselves. I focus on what works for my client vs trying to “sell” services from one machine. It’s important to me to that my clients have a good understanding about how each machine I use on them works.
What should our readers know about your business?
I started Contour Club in 2019 in my home office with no money. I distinctly remember my boyfriend at the time laughing at me (he wasn’t supportive) He would say…”she’s working on that business that doesn’t exist!” and laugh….. At the time I was working for a Doctor, I was semi happy… one day, I was introduced to the Cryoskin machine! We were a match made in heaven. I am a painter, artist, potter so combining my natural skills paired with the power of the machine, was a perfect combination! I am most proud of my customer satisfaction rate. Having happy clients is important to me! As a matter of fact, its my primary focus and my secret obsession! I’ve had plenty of challenges working to get here, I’ve had several deals fall through, loss of spaces, loss of “friends” who said they would support me…lol. But I have also been blessed to met AWESOME people who have helped me along the way. The lessons I’ve learned include patience, fearlessness(the art of being scared and doing it anyway) and learning to be flexible. My passion is empowerment, while I’m helping your outside body, I’m also helping my clients feel good in the skin they are in!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I was blessed to have grown up dripping in love! My Mother, Father, and Grandmother taught me to love and accept myself at a very young age. Looking back, that was the BEST gift a kid can get! The foundation that was laid for me continues to help me to support other people on their journeys.
