We had the good fortune of connecting with Sherronda Scoggins and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sherronda, what matters most to you?
Integrity! Always choose to do the right thing just because it’s the right thing to do. I believe a person’s integrity affects every area of their life.
What should our readers know about your business?

I believe what sets us apart from others is the way we value and serve our clients. When you value people over things and money, people can feel that in the way you treat them and how you serve them. The thing I am most proud of, in my business, is that we are debt free. I have gotten to where I am in business today not only because of hard work and dedication, but because I have invested into people and people in return have invested into me and my brand. They believed in me and my vision. It was not easy to build this brand. We had many struggles along the way. The key is never to give up and have faith. I have trusted God through the hard times. He has always provided for our business even when the oil and gas industry tanked and we lost all of our monthly income. We continue to work and I refuse to give up. Quitting is never an option!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Sunday: we would attend my church First Southwest for worship and then do lunch at Max’s Wine Dive or late lunch at Uchi. Monday: we would hang out at my house and catch up and I would do the cooking and entertaining.
Tuesday: we would do brunch at the Breakfast Klub and hit Houston’s Botanical Gardens.
Wednesday: we would hit some of Houston’s food trucks, stop at Slow Pokes for coffee then ride the city to site see. Take some pictures near the downtown art walls.
Thursday: we hit the Galleria for some shopping and get massages.
Friday: we check into Hilton Americas Downtown, grab lunch at the lobby bar, ride scooters at night and eat at Sambuca and listen to some live Jazz.
Saturday: we go down early to Galveston to ride the ferry and hit Moody Gardens and hang out at the beach.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Christ deserves the ultimate shoutout. I would also like to shoutout to my husband, Shawn Scoggins, and my entire family; they have held me down from day one. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without them!
