We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacy Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stacy, how do you think about risk?
I like calculated risk. There was alot of thought going into business for myself, but at some point you have to stop talking, thinking, planning and just go all in. Every single day involves risk anyway! There are no guarantees in this life. It was important to me to figure out my why. As for the how, all of that credit goes to God.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I teach posture correction; online or in person, to individuals or employees of corporations. Everyone suffers from the effects of slouching. So my life is dedicated to helping people feel, understand, and do something about their discomfort. It truly is a dream job. Nothing worth having comes easy. Owning a business takes consistency, in this case impeccable punctuality and the ability to put anything personal aside to show up fully for my clients. I bring the energy, information, patience and consistency. Showing up for you comes easy! I’d like for people to know that no matter their experience with movement, how shy you are, or how limited in your mobility you feel, even you can have a breakthrough.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
San Diego, CA has become a home away from home for my daughter and me over the past 15 years. I am a big fan of the ocean, all types of wildlife, and amazing fresh seafood, so it would be pretty easy to show someone a good time in California! I also love to cook as much as I like to teach yoga!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people who have helped me personally and professionally get to where I am today. My network, my clients, my friends and family, and my teachers. No one gets anywhere without help.
