We had the good fortune of connecting with Vyann’e Cooper aka Creolekisses and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vyann’e, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
My business has taught me to be persistence and patience. If you love and believe in what you do, be persistent in pushing your brand, whether others believe in it or not. There are many that will be glad that they found you and will invest in what they need. Be patient when you are starting out with your business. Every day is different. One day your brand is going to get that hit you are looking for and take off. Stay persistent and patient.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Staying in my own lane and focusing on creating products that help make a difference, sets me apart from others. I am most proud of the fact that after working long days and nights, Le’Phenom6HaiiR eventually came to life. Persistence and patience helped get me here today. Easy is not always the case, when running a business. Challenges persist and you overcome them by not giving up and realizing that there is light at the other end of the tunnel. Along the way, I’ve learned that you can do whatever you put your mind to. My mind desired to bring about a solution for unhealthy, non growing hair. Le’Phenom6Haiir was made for you.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A day in Houston would consist of a morning at the Breakfast Klub, to enjoy the best southern breakfast dish in Houston. Head on over to the ATV Tours, then shopping in Rice Village at the Galleria. Hit up the Turkey Leg Hut for lunch, followed by more sight seeing, ending the night at Club 5015, Alley Kat or Kamp Houston.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would first, love to give a Shout-out to my better half Big Kev, whom has supported me and my business endeavors every step of the way. Shoutout to one’s that have supported my Brands and continue to, it’s very much appreciated. My Heavenly Father deserves all of the Praise because he keeps me grounded and guides my steps.
