I provide mental health services in my community for people who have been through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and perinatal mental health issues. I think that I help people through the most tender, fragile places in their lives. I don’t work on a large scale, but instead on the individual level. While I don’t reach the masses, I believe I am doing my part. I believe in the ripple effect of the lives I touch.
