I’ve never been great with work life balance in general. Could possibly be my upbringing or watching my father work 2 full time jobs and sleeping less than 4 hours a night for my entire life. Or watching my mother work two jobs, raise my sister and I and act as a caretaker for my grandmother on top of all the other duties mothers handle.
