Meet Dolly Vyas-ahuja

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Dolly Vyas-ahuja again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Dolly , always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
Dolly Vyas-Ahuja is an Ahimsa animal activist, public speaker and documentary producer. She is the grand-daughter of a freedom fighter who fought for social justice issues in India.
Her mission is to spread awareness and education about the cruelty of the Dairy Industry. One of her main objectives is to have Indian temples pledge to be cruelty free and ban the use of dairy products. She frequently speaks at Jain temples and various vegan events to stress the importance of switching to a plant based diet for animals, the environment, and human health. She was honored to speak at the World Vegan Conference in Kathmandu in 2022 and in New Delhi in 2019. She has spoken at various venues including Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, LA Reggae Veg Fest, Vegan Radio, Rice University and the Consulate of India in New York. Her goal is to create a world where everyone lives their essential nature of practicing compassion. She has produced a documentary called The Land of Ahimsa. She hopes the film will inspire those to incorporate pure Ahimsa into their daily lives.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
I went on a tour all over India showing the Land of Ahimsa at various Universities and venues educating the next generation students on the benefits of the vegan diet.
The documentary was released on youtube and has garnered over 100k views.
