We had the good fortune of connecting with Ronnie Burton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ronnie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to help people build their careers and protect them from dangers in the business. Then I love bringing my creativity into the world.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My full time job is a teacher and coach, but my side job is Regis business Lone Star Beauties. I love both mad it’s two different worlds, yet many of same strategies work in both fields. I want people to know how important Lone Star Beauties is, and how hard I work to produce a successful product. This business is tough and you hear no way more then yea. I just have to keep working to become successful.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to The shops at Legacy and eat and have some drinks at one of the amazing places there. Then we go to the outlet stores in Allen. Then we will go see some of cool parks that I shoot at in area. Lastly we go to some of the really cool places in downtown Dallas, like the area next to the AT&T building. Then have a nightcap at the cool bars in Addison.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to think Delonda Burton for giving me inspiration to start company. I want to thank Nisha Marie and Tanisha Hendricks for helping me star the business and giving me advice and feedback along the way. I want to thank Suraj for giving me my first director opportunity.
