Fork and Thyme HTX Provides Vegan Comfort Cuisine. We Create Culinary Moments in Catering, Pop Ups and Meal Plan Consumption. We also Provide Vegan Baked Goods Made From Scratch by Our Chefs. We Love To Support Our Local Farmers and Gardeners and Bring Fresh Ingredients to The Tables of Our Community. What Set’s Us Apart From Our Competitors Is We Cook From Scratch and Have a Knack For Taking Folks Favorites Pre Vegan Lifestyle Dishes and Veganizing Them and Making It Delicious!!!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Grandmother set the foundation for me with good food and hospitality. She showed me how to treat people and to make them fill loved thru a plate of food,, a small gift, a kind word. She was my first executive Chef and I carry her with me always
