We had the good fortune of connecting with Leonardo Gomez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Leonardo, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Customer satisfaction. A business that focuses on the customers will always win. It always starts in the first interaction. How they experience your business from point a to point b is what will keep them a loyal customer. When we go out to service a home we present ourselves in a professional manner and communicate every step we’re going to make. We text them when we’re on the way to their home and we text them again once we leave. When you go above and beyond with communication it gives them the ability to trust you and know they chose the right company for the job.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We’re extremely excited to expand the business and cover a wide range of cities. I believe with proper marketing and brand awareness we can really dominate the markets and truly take this thing to the next level.
Getting here was not easy, and I’m surely not there yet either. There’s still a lot of work to do and we’ll keep pushing through any obstacle. I’m a problem solver at heart, I stand back and asses situations and come up with solutions.
I’m a first generation immigrant, I’m 23 years old raised in the city of Houston. My ambition is what keeps me going, I love what I do, there’s many other routes I could’ve chosen but I chose this one.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d definitely start by going to Standard on Washington St. Followed by some good food in the area, preferably a food truck. Axe throwing is always fun, and the turtle races at Lil Woodrows will get you hyped.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d definitely like to shout out my friends & family. They were first ones to ever support me and made me realize how much they care about me.
