We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Brewster and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Diana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Once my kids graduated I needed something to occupy my time. I was always crafty and enjoyed making my kids costumes and decorating for holidays and party planning. Once I was able to spend time doing this I put my plan into motion and started my own business!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I love bringing my ideas to life! Making TuTu cute costumes or birthday outfits is probably my favorite. Seeing my customers in my creations is the best feeling! I love when a customer has an idea and we bring it to life together
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love the historic and east end districts. There are always events going on from bizarres to festivals
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband and kids were completely behind me 100% and my daughter enjoys going to the popup markets with me
