Hi Megan, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I help people awaken to their wholeness & transform their health using a holistic approach so they can love the body they live in. A cleaner body leads to a clearer mind which is a gateway to a deeper soul connection.
Using a holistic approach, we identify what is causing the mind & body to be out of balance. This can be from lifestyle (nutrition, sleep, exercise, toxicity, deficient nutrients, self-care), to core beliefs and stored emotions that are resulting in health symptoms and low self-worth. While this may be an unconventional route, it’s the route that transforms one’s health while sustaining results.
By helping each person awaken to their wholeness through health, helps the community and world by raising the vibration. This vibration trickles off and impacts surrounding people in their families and communities.
What should our readers know about your business?
Instead of using an outdated approach of eating less and working out more, I use a Mind Body approach to transform health from the inside out.
This unconventional route looks at the REAL reasons why common health complaints (e.g. weight gain, low energy, PMS, digestive issues, anxiety, skin issues) are more common than they should be!
Using a functional approach, I use advanced labs to identify underlying issues in the body, and create customized protocols to help clients enhance what works and take out what isn’t working for their health.
Together we address the REAL root reasons of an unhealthy body (e.g. gut inflammation, poor detoxification, nutrient & mineral deficiencies, chronic stress, limiting mindset and emotional stress).
People don’t need more information, they need a transformation. Using this combined method we look both at the root cause in the body and the root cause of limiting beliefs so you can break self-sabotaging patterns making sustainable habits stick.
The biggest lesson I’m learning is how to use fear to help us and expand us. Moving through fear and trusting yourself and your body will build self worth and self love.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Movement: Wake up and take a walk around memorial park, bike rides around the Heights, soul tribes yoga studio, or boost pilates.
